I offer two ante-natal visits to your home, to discuss in depth with you and your partner your personal requirements for your birth plan, supplying you with a comprehensive informational birth pack, to help you negotiate any of your concerns, and ensure we factor in any issues from previous birth experiences. 

From the moment you engage me as your doula, I am contactable 24/7 by phone, from 14 days before your due date until baby arrives. I guarantee to be at your side throughout your labour and delivery, providing emotional and physical support to both you and your partner, ensuring that your birth plan is followed where at all possible. I will be by your side to the very end of the process and will ensure your emotional and physical wellbeing is at the forefront of my attention. £1200.

Coming home with a new baby can be as daunting as the birth itself. However, as a post-natal doula  I can offer you and your family all the emotional and practical support to make the transition into your new life as comfortable as possible.

I offer a free initial consultation to discuss your requirements, subsequently charging £15 per hour for my services plus a very reasonable sum for my travelling expenses.

Supporting you with any issues you have caring for your new baby, whether that is breast-feeding, caring for older children, food shopping,  light housework, or simple companionship and emotional support, I will help you relax into your new circumstances with ease.

With my nurturing support, you will be able to empower yourself to thrive and flourish as a family with the minimum of stress.

I have a birth pool, that I am happy to hire out to families that have booked me as their Birth Doula. The only cost you will incur is to purchase a new liner for the pool, for your use.
